SC VILLA PURSUING FORMER ARUA HILL SC STRIKER

After spending a whole year without active football at Arua Hill Sc, youngster Iddi Abdulwahid is rumored to be closing in on a switch to record league champions Sc Villa this week.

The player’s contract with Arua Hill Sc raised a lot of controversies as his father and lawyer stated in a letter to FUFA that he was induced to sign for the club as a minor without parental consent.

According to the contract copy this website obtained, Iddi Abdulwahid was meant to earn shillings three hundred (300,000) thousand only monthly effective contract date of 10th October 2020 to 10th October 2022.

Breach of financial agreement and the consent question lead to termination of the contract.

The former Onduparaka fc U17 player who had trials at Cagliari in Italy also had an offer in Serbia which fell through during the lockdown due to unknown reasons.

But through his agent Eugene Ssepuuya Inc, it has been stated that negotiations about the transfer are on going rapidly and if sorted, unveiling is expected immediately.

The talented boy from Yumbe went through Mvara SS in Arua to Kibuli SS where he obtained 9 points in the just released UACE results.

Upon successful completion of the deal, he joins his friend Oscar Mawa who was unveiled by Sc Villa last week to become the club’s 6th signing in the off season window.
