After a spell of two seasons as a Caterpillar, Jamal Malish decided to mutually end his stay at Onduparaka football club though he still had four months left on his 3 year contract.His reasons for leaving the club according to his social media farewell post,”the factor were beyond his control”. According to a reliable source Malish had expressed interest in other new challenges away from the Greenlight Stadium. The source reveals that he is in touch with a number of clubs which are intrest in his services.
Malish previously had featured for URA Under 17 before crossing to Hoima based Kitara Fc. It is from Kitara that the pacy winger was spotted by Onduparaka.
He joined Onduparaka during the half season of 2017/2018 but his stay at Onduparaka was most affected by injuries and in his words own words he did not perform to his expectations and that of the club. However in the opportunities he got to play,he scored a total of six goals in the two seasons at the Green light stadium.

He will mostly be remembered by the Onduparaka faithfuls for the Hatrick he scored when Onduparaka mauled now Relegated kyetume by seven goals.
As it is written in the scriptures Ecclesiastes 3 ” There is time for everything” is what describes this Journey for Malish.
