In every situation in normal life, there exists highs and lows and it takes more than courage and hard work to get out when entangled in the latter.

In reference to Arua Hill Sc, two back to back losses to Gaddafi fc and KCCA fc required more than that kind of courage and hard work to bounce back to winning ways.

The Kongolo Boys needed those two at the same time against Busoga United fc.

And who else worked harder and possessed more courage than King Alfred Leku?

It only had to be him by the 90th minute at Njeru technical center.

A side possessed by injuries and illnesses only needed the man who scored its last goal before he got suspended against URA fc and its first after the suspension. During that period without him, the team lost 1-0 to Gaddafi fc in Jinja and by the same score line to KCCA fc in Arua.

Without Richard Anyama in goal, Rogers Omedwa fared well against his former employer as the return of Ibrahim Faizal and Ivan Eyam even made everything more sweeter for Livingstone Mbabazi.

But what mattered most was Livingstone Mbabazi’s tactical switches in Innocent Maduka for David Ndihabwe and Ivan Eyam for Saaka Yusuf after the goal and which changes contained Busoga United especially from the midfield battles, save for Kawaawa Rashid in for Robert Eseru 5 minutes off the restart.

Going by today’s form and ethics, more maximum points look set this Sunday at Barifa stadium as Livingstone Mbabazi’s side takes on Edward Golola’s disgruntled Tooro United fc.

That result marked Arua Hill’s 3rd win of the campaign but most importantly, the 2nd away from home and takes the Kongolo side to 8th position with 10 points after 7 rounds of games.

Results from other games played in the Uganda premier league today are;

Mbarara City 1-0 Sc Villa

Onduparaka fc 1-1 Express fc

Tooro United 2-4 UPDF fc

URA fc 0-0 Police fc

Wakiso Giants 4-2 Bright Stars.

  1. At least Mbabazi is somehow relieved of the pressure from the home fans who desperately needed this win
    Njeru seems to be a good hunting ground for them with two back to back same scoreline from there
